Crispy, crunchy shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce!

  1. 12 oz shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail-off

  2. 1/2 cup flour

  3. 1/2 cup cornstarch

  4. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  6. 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon sriracha

  8. 1 tablespoon diced green onions

  9. Lettuce leaves for serving

  10. Vegetable oil, for frying


  1. Add 1 inch of oil to a large pot and heat over medium-high heat. While oil is heating, stir together flour, cornstarch, and seasoned salt. Coat shrimp in flour mixture.

  2. Fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.

  3. To make sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and sriracha. Add 1 tablespoon of water to thin sauce.

  4. Dunk shrimp in sauce to coat and place on plate to drain.

  5. Line bowl with lettuce leaves, place shrimp on top, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
