Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug with a fork, add all wet ingredients and mix thoroughly until its a smooth and running liquid. place mug in microwave and set on full power for 2 minutes after the timer has gone off, let cake sit in microwave for 30 seconds.
Makes: 1 cake in a mug
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons self-raising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1-2 tablespoons milk
First put the 2 tablespoons of sugar into a medium sized mug, then add the 2
tablespoons of self-raising flour (if you cant find any use 4 tablespoons of plain flour).
Next, add the cocoa powder, then the egg; mix well. Add the oil and milk and mix
well so theres no dry bits of flour or cocoa powder not mixed in.
Put it in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Take it out of the microwave when you
see the cake rising over the cup and it stops rising.
