A power packed salad with loads of protein and fibre. The garlicky yogurt dressing makes for an interesting twist to a salad which is a summer favourite. If making your own sprouts, do plan 2-3 days in advance.

  1. 1 ½ cup moong bean sprouts

  2. ½ red bell pepper, chopped

  3. ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped

  4. 1 small onion, chopped

  5. 1 green chilli, finely chopped


  1. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss

  2. Whisk yogurt dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth. taste and adjust seasoning. Serve salad with garlicky yogurt sauce drizzled over
