I make green smoothies all of the time. I usually make my standard Green Smoothie recipe, but last week I decided it was time to mix things up. I made a Coconut Green Smoothie and holy moly is it good!

  1. 1/2 cup coconut milk

  2. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (we use Chobani)

  3. 1 cup spinach

  4. 1 large banana, peeled

  5. 1 large green apple, cored, peeled and chopped

  6. 2 tablespoons shaved coconut

  7. 1 cup ice


  1. Put the coconut milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, apple, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
