  1. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme

  2. 1 cup boiling water

  3. 3 tablespoons sekanjabin syrup

  4. ice cubes


  1. Put thyme in a bowl and top with boiling water; steep for at least 30 minutes. Strain into a glass and mix sekanjabin syrup into thyme-infused water. Add ice.
